We're excited to announce our March release updates in Woven! This release comes with numerous updates to make Woven more accessible for team members on their mobile devices. We also made several updates to the Work Order, Preventative Maintenance, and Assets features. These updates are all live as of Wednesday, March 31.

Mobile Friendly, Team Member Focused

We continue to make Woven features more mobile friendly and geared toward team member engagement. These updates will help your front line team members use all Knowledge Base features from their phones. There are also a number of Scheduling related updates launching ahead of of Shift Scheduling feature.

Work Order Enhancements

We upgraded the existing functionality in Work Orders to help you streamline your Maintenance operations:

We also fixed the issue with sorting work orders by age.

 

Additional Maintenance Enhancements

Beyond Work Orders enhancements, we also improved Assets and Preventative Maintenance:


Regional and District Manager Location Assignment

In addition to assigning a primary manager and maintenance manager to a location, you can now designate regional and district managers. Features, such as Work Orders and Preventative Maintenance, will factor in these designations as you use them.

 


And So Much More... 

In addition to the above major items, we made numerous minor improvements to various parts of Woven. Here is a quick list of the more notable items:

  • Standardization of Report Center filters and functionality
  • Updated the color picker (this functionality appears when designating a color to positions, work order reasons, etc.) so that you can copy and paste color codes
  • Click an image in Location Audits reveals the original size of the image rather than a smaller size
  • Create and assign tags in Procedures
  • Fixed the visible empty Preventative Maintenance schedules
