Woven Product & Feature Enhancements: Q2 2025

Every new feature, enhancement, or tweak you see in the platform is directly influenced by the insights and needs we hear from you—our operators, technicians, and managers on the ground.

In this update, we’re excited to share the latest improvements designed to make your operations smoother, from increased access permissions to enhanced reporting, to customizations so your team is more connected, and your data is more actionable. 

Here are all the features we’ve released over the last quarter: 

Hours/Pay in Team Member Profiles

We’ve added a new Hours/Pay section to the Schedule tab in team member profiles. This update enables more tailored scheduling and flexible pay management options within team members' profiles.

In the Hours/Pay section, you can now:

  • Set limits for the number of shifts and hours a team member can work.

  • Set min/max exception hours

  • Determine whether a team member is eligible for overtime

  • Indicate whether a team member is cross-trained in other positions, allowing them to pick up additional shifts as needed.

  • Manage a team member’s PTO eligibility.

  • Easily track and manage the pay rates for each team member.

LMS Reporting Enhancements

We offered three new enhancements to our LMS Reporting Suite. These enhancements streamline your workflow, enabling you to efficiently track and analyze data, and make informed decisions about your learning programs.

 

Reporting Filters

We've introduced two brand-new filters to our LMS reports: Course Enrollment Progress and Course Enrollment Summary. These filters empower you to fine-tune your reporting, focusing on the specific data that matters most: 

  • Include Unenrolled (Default: No): Now you have the flexibility to include or exclude unenrolled users in your reports, providing a more comprehensive view of course participation.

  • Include Completed (Default: Yes): Easily control whether to include only completed courses, providing a streamlined view of course completion rates.

Course Enrollment Summary: New Column and Enhanced Grouping 

We've added a new “Enrolled: column that provides a clear count of users enrolled in each course, making it easier to see participation numbers at a glance. Furthermore, we've enhanced grouping in this report, allowing you to effortlessly group data by course and provide a clear and concise overview of enrollment trends across your course catalog.

Course Enrollment Progress: Location-Based Grouping 

The Course Enrollment Progress report now features location-based grouping. This powerful new feature enables you to analyze course progress by geographic location, providing valuable insights into regional participation and trends.

Streamlined Permissions & Enhanced User Experience

Users can now effortlessly update role permissions directly from the side panel. Simply navigate to the role details and click on "View what roles have access." This streamlined workflow empowers you to manage permissions with unparalleled efficiency and speed. 

New “Access Control” Section Added to Location Audit Templates

We introduced a new "Access Control" section in Location Audit Templates, giving users more precise control over template visibility and notifications. While users can still restrict template access to specific positions, this update allows them to manage who receives notifications directly from the same section. This enhancement streamlines administration and ensures that the right team members remain informed throughout the audit process.

Weekly Schedule Report

We’ve added a new “Weekly Schedule” report to Woven’s Report Center. This report provides a clear, team member–by–team member breakdown of scheduled shifts for each day of the week. If a team member has multiple shifts in a single day, they’ll be listed together and separated by commas for easy viewing.

Flexible Break Management

We added a powerful enhancement to our Scheduling Suite: Customizable break settings that give you full control over how breaks are assigned and enforced. With our latest update, you can now configure paid and unpaid breaks in two distinct ways—either manually or automatically—depending on what works best for your team and compliance requirements:

 

  • Manual Breaks (With Enforcement Options). Manual breaks offer flexibility while still providing the tools to ensure policy compliance. You can set break suggestions for your schedulers, but allow them the flexibility to choose their breaks.

  • Automatic Breaks. Automatic breaks can be inserted directly into shifts based on your configured rules, ensuring consistency and compliance.

No two businesses are alike—and your break policies shouldn’t be either. Whether you're running a 24/7 facility or a busy dining room with split shifts, our flexible settings let you:

  • Add breaks to your shifts based on recommended settings

  • Define and enforce the length and type of break (paid or unpaid)

  • Set different break rules by location

  • View scheduled breaks on your schedule report

  • Comply with labor laws and internal policies 

Holiday Indicator on Schedules

Woven now displays an icon to indicate if a schedule day is marked as a holiday in your account, making it easier to spot and manage holiday shifts.

 Document Title Update 

Users can now easily rename documents across all standard Woven document lists, including Work Orders, Assets, Locations, Policies, Incidents, Brand Company Persons, and Team Members.

Company Summary Email

Like the Manager Summary, the Company Summary is a new daily email designed to give users a broader, more strategic view of their operational issues, compliance alerts, and performance indicators across all affiliated locations, enabling leadership teams to make faster, more informed decisions at scale. 

Announcement Attachments 

We’ve completely revamped the way attachments are presented. Now, it mirrors the functionality and elegant design of our task attachment list, giving users a more consistent, familiar, and efficient way to manage their files. 

Archive Location Audit Templates

Users can now archive templates within Location Audits! This new functionality lets users remove outdated or unused templates from their active view, streamlining and organizing their audit process while preserving historical data.
