Admins now have the ability to add configurable bonus points to Location Audit Templates. These bonus points are automatically applied when an audit is finalized, displayed in PDF reports, and capped at 100%.
This enhancement makes it easy to adjust final scores for minor variations without changing section scoring or workflows, while maintaining full historical accuracy. Your team can now account for small differences across locations while keeping the audit process fair and transparent.

Smart Teams automatically group users based on roles, locations, or other criteria. This allows you to assign work, communications, and follow-ups without manually managing lists.
As your organization grows, Smart Teams ensure the right people are always looped in, reducing administrative overhead and keeping everyone on the same page.
Image Gallery + Activity Heatmaps
We’ve added an Image Gallery view so you can quickly browse every photo, video, and file shared in your chats.
Additionally, Activity Heatmaps let you visualize engagement and connectivity across locations. See at a glance where activity is strong, where gaps exist, and how teams are interacting, helping you identify areas that need attention before they become issues.
Our updated Position Hierarchy brings clearer structure to reporting relationships and role visibility.
For multi-location organizations, this means a more accurate reflection of how teams are organized, improving accountability and communication flow across locations.
Frontline teams can now report issues even faster with the new Quick Action Button for incidents.
