💡What is your favorite part of your role?

“I really enjoy learning about the industries we serve, getting to know our customers, and earning their trust as they become raving fans of Woven. No two days are the same. Variety is the spice of life—and I get that in heaps at Woven.”

As Director of Customer Success, Trent sits at the intersection of product, people, and operations. His role allows him to engage deeply with customers, understand their challenges, and ensure Woven is helping them succeed long-term.

⚙️What is your favorite Woven feature and why?

“Our Maintenance Suite. It is so feature-rich, best in class in my obviously biased opinion. It’s a lot of fun to show it off to customers and watch the ‘ah-ha’ moments as they realize the potential.”

That excitement shows. Trent is known for walking customers through Woven’s Maintenance Suite in a way that clicks, connecting features directly to real operational wins and helping teams see how proactive maintenance can change the way they work.

🌟How do you embody Woven’s values in your work?

“I like to think I show up daily and live each of our values. The ones that resonate most with me personally are Educate and Serve. I find fulfillment in teaching and helping both our customers and our internal team.”

Whether he’s coaching a customer through a workflow or supporting teammates internally, Trent’s approach is rooted in service and shared learning, two values that sit at the core of Woven’s culture.

👀What’s one thing that makes working at Woven different from other companies?

“We’ve got a servant-hearted and talented group who enjoys being around one another. That’s true across the organization—from leadership to development, customer success, design/marketing, and bookkeeping.”
