💡 What is your favorite part of your role?

My favorite part of my role as Woven's Implementation Manager is working with positive customers who are excited about Woven.

⚙️ What is your favorite Woven feature and why?

My favorite Woven feature is Schedules because I love that there is a tool for companies to easily communicate out to their workforce when their shifts are going to be and offer them tools and functions to be able to call in if they needed to, swap shifts with coworkers, or offer to give away a shift.ts provided are more comprehensive than what you'd find on the "office bulletin board."

🌟 How do you embody Woven’s values in your work?

Our values of Respect, Educate, Balance, and Serve greatly influence how I interact with customers. I educate and serve by scheduling trainings during implementation, ensuring our customers are well-equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed. I serve by supporting in any way I can with respect. Most importantly, I maintain a balance between my personal and professional life, ensuring that I bring my best self to Woven.
