This month’s Woven Team Spotlight is on our Customer Success Manager, Anna Nieken.
💡 What’s your favorite part of your role?
What I enjoy most about my role is getting to collaborate with a variety of teams to help solve their organizational challenges. It’s really rewarding to see the impact of what we do - it keeps me motivated and energized. I also love that no two days are the same. The variety keeps things interesting and constantly pushes me to learn and adapt.
⚙️ What is your favorite Woven feature and why?
Tasks is easily my favorite Woven feature. It makes tracking progress, assigning responsibilities, and staying in sync with the team super simple. Every time I walk someone through it, I can’t help but think how much it would’ve helped in some of my past roles. It’s exciting to know others are about to get that kind of clarity and organization in their work.
🌟How do you embody Woven’s values in your work?
I try to be someone who really listens and makes space for others to share their thoughts and ideas. I like passing along what I’ve learned and being there for my teammates and all teams on Woven - whether that means walking through a process, giving feedback, or just being someone to bounce ideas off of. Ultimately, I want to contribute in a way that helps the team succeed and keeps things moving smoothly.
👀 What’s one thing that makes working at Woven different from working at other companies?
I’ve worked at companies that talked a lot about work-life balance, but Woven is the first place I’ve actually seen it lived out in a real, meaningful way. That alone makes working here feel different and honestly, refreshing. On top of that, I really enjoy the different personalities on our team and genuinely appreciate the people I get to work with every day.
💙 What’s your favorite Celsius flavor?
If I haaaaave to pick a Celsius flavor, it’s definitely Mandarin Marshmallow. I love how it makes my heart flutter like a hummingbird—but what I actually love even more is the inevitable crash from the ridiculous amount of caffeine I just consumed. I'm a black coffee girl. Sorry, Team Celsius.
