It started in 2019 when a customer who loved Woven for the operational and HR aspects asked us for a better way to manage the maintenance across their 40 Planet Fitness Clubs.
A year later, the largest Planet Fitness franchisee (United Fitness Partners with 197 Clubs) saw the same opportunity to remove the barriers found between Ops, HR, and Facility/Maintenance teams. With their direct input, Woven’s Maintenance suite matured rapidly from SMB utility to enterprise excellence.
Since then, every feature of Woven’s Maintenance Suite, from automated dispatching to smart prioritization and usage based preventative maintenance, has come directly from facility and maintenance teams across the gym & fitness industry.
