Woven Product & Feature Enhancements: September 2025

The Woven Customer Success & Product Development Teams work hand in hand to collect user feedback and consistently innovate to support our customers best.
Every new feature, enhancement, or tweak you see in the platform (we’re at over 150 so far in 2025) is directly influenced by the insights and needs we hear from you—our operators, technicians, and managers on the ground.
In this update, we’re excited to share the latest improvements designed to make your operations smoother, more secure, and personalized to meet your multi-location organization’s needs.
Here are all the features we released in September:
🌠 Consolidated Audit Compliance View
Say goodbye to scattered information and endless searches! Our new consolidated view brings all your compliance data together in one central, easily accessible location—access and view compliance documents without needing to click in and out of each Compliance box.
Additionally, a brand-new “Audit View” button has been added at the top of the Compliance section to access a comprehensive overview of all compliance information.

Get an overview of all compliance documents tied to that team member, including current and expired licenses, insurance, and more.
💼 COI Insurance Feature Launch
Introducing the all-new COI (Certificate of Insurance) feature! This powerful addition allows for granular control and detailed tracking of insurance information across team members.
Key improvements include:
Granular Control: Enable or disable the feature with a simple toggle in your account settings.
Detailed Tracking: Add additional insured organizations directly within the insurance details section. While this update doesn't immediately impact scoring, it’s a crucial step towards future enhancements and improved data analysis.
Exclusive Reporting: Access the new "Team Convert Insurance COI" report (available only to users with the feature enabled). This will provide valuable insights into your insurance portfolio.
Add COI Insurance for each Team Member under their profile.
Get a comprehensive overview of which of your Team Members are in good standing and who’s missing outstanding information.
🥾 Depth Field
We're thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to the Location section under Physical Areas: the introduction of a brand-new Depth Field. This exciting addition allows for precise depth measurements, opening up a world of possibilities for accurate and detailed location mapping.
The Depth Field currently measures depth in feet and inches, providing a granular level of detail. For seamless integration, all depth inputs are cleverly stored in inches, making future conversions to meters, miles, or any other unit a breeze. The right field is capped at 11 inches (since 12 inches equals a foot, you know 😉), ensuring consistent and logical data handling.
The Depth Field will soon be visible in the Location Audits Export.
To explore the new field, click on your Location > Areas > + Add Physical Area green button or just click on one of your existing Location Physical Areas.
