💡What is your favorite part of your role?

My favorite part of my job is that there’s always something new to figure out. Every day brings a different problem to solve, which keeps things interesting and makes it feel like I’m constantly learning. I’d get bored doing the same thing over and over, so I really love that it keeps me on my toes.

⚙️ What is your favorite Woven feature and why?

Our Announcements feature is currently my favorite feature. As a former Director of Customer Experience, I would have loved the ability to automate sending one-way pushes of information to my team, track engagement of each message, and ensure that my team always had the most up-to-date information!

🌟 How do you embody Woven's values in your work?

I try to lead with respect by treating everyone with kindness and creating a space where people feel heard and valued. I’m always curious and eager to share what I learn, approaching work with a mindset of collaboration and growth. I value balance—working hard while also making time to reset and maintain perspective. And I aim to serve by showing up for my team and customers and focusing on how my work can make things better for others.

👀 What's one thing that makes working at Woven different from working at other companies?

One thing that sets working at Woven apart is the people. Everyone genuinely embodies the company’s values, which creates a respectful and energized environment where collaboration feels natural and meaningful. It’s inspiring to work alongside people who are not only passionate about what they do but also deeply committed to upholding a shared sense of purpose and integrity.

💙What is your favorite Celsius flavor?

I am not on the Celsius train, but if I had to choose to sip one, it would be Sparkling Mandarin Marshmallow.
