💡 What is your favorite part of your role?

Responding to Support tickets and maintaining support KPIs at or above their goal numbers.

⚙️ What is your favorite Woven feature and why?

Announcements! This is my favorite feature for two reasons. First, it was the first feature I really learned, but second, and more importantly, it was the first feature I could imagine myself using. As a former retail manager, I hated, HATED, the "office bulletin board". Announcements let you plan the content ahead of time and schedule it to be displayed when appropriate. Additionally, the Insights provided are more comprehensive than what you'd find on the "office bulletin board."

🌟 How do you embody Woven’s values in your work?

For me, it's the first value, Respect, that I try to consistently embody. Once that's accomplished, the others sort of fall in line.

👀 What's one thing that makes working at Woven different from working at other companies?

Matt. Full stop, no notes.

💙 What is your favorite Celsius flavor?

Lol, the truly important question. Fantasy Vibe and Retro Vibe are my faves.
